Wedge Cars @ Fairbury

I was living in Texas during this era and was wondering if the Fairbury Late Models followed the wedge car trend in the 82-83 seasons ?? If so are there any photos ?? Also still looking for more photos of the  mid to late 70's through the 80's..Thanks to eng71 for sending me a few from 1981 and Rocky as well !!  Thanks Al lewis

Al,
 I was around here at that time, but don't remember the cars around here being that radical. Just going off of memory, so that could be wrong. Don't have any pics either.
 Do remember going to the Springfield mile about that time and some of the cars looked like spaceships to me. Also remember Charlie Swartz qualifing down there without lifting. That was the most impressive part of the whole day down there. I thought the actual racing sucked.
